The Claire de Lune Society of Wicca was founded in 2007 to expand knowledge of Wicca
in regional Australia and to provide a means of large-scale networking and fellowship
in rural areas. By openly advertising our beliefs (as opposed to proselytizing, which
is greatly frowned upon in our faith), we hope to promote acceptance and understanding,
destroying long-held misconceptions about Pagan belief systems and at the same time
breaking the Christian monopoly on positive public exposure. At present, we are located
in Tamworth, New South Wales. If you are a concerned parent whose child or teen has discovered
Wicca, or a minister of another church or a religious studies student undertaking a research
project, I encourage you to visit this site often, browsing through new articles as they
appear and enriching your own knowledge, and feel free to ask whatever questions come to
mind. If you are someone who has embarked, or is considering embarking on their own personal
